Urgent Care
A definition:

We define "Urgent Care" as the medical evaluation and treatment of any health concern or problem that cannot or should not wait until tomorrow. The urgency of any visit may be based on the severity of a patient's symptoms or the concerns a patient may have about the potential risks of delaying diagnosis or treatment. If a patient has a problem that he or she believes should be evaluated today, we will do our best to see that patient promptly.

Just call us or walk in to either of our Evergreen locations. All urgent care services are offered on a "walk in" basis. If you have the opportunity, call and let us know you are coming. We are happy to see you at your convenience any time during our regular business hours.

You will be seen on a "first come first served" basis. However, certain exceptions apply. The prioritization for visits is as follows:

• Emergencies are seen first.
  Our nurses will evaluate you upon arrival. If you or your loved one has a genuine potentially life or limb threatening condition, or has severe Symptoms that are intolerable, he or she will be designated as an emergency and seen Promptly without delay before any other patients.
  
  
• Patients with appointments are the next priority.
  Only regular Blue Creek Family Medicine or Urgent Care Evergreen patients have the option of appointments.
  
  
• Walk in patients without emergencies are next.
  You will be seen in the order of your Arrival. As always, we try our very best to see you as soon as possible.
