Acute Injuries

We are trained and equipped to evaluate and treat most acute injuries. Some common injuries we see are listed below.

• Sprains, strains and overuse injuries such as tendonitis.
  
  
• Lacerations, abrasions, and puncture wounds.
  
  
• Broken bones or fractures.
  
  
• Bruises, contusions, and concussions.
  

Note that in most cases we can completely manage your injury from start to finish. In other cases we can evaluate your injury and in the case of emergencies, treat to stabilize your condition and arrange for a transport to an appropriate Emergency Medical Center. Otherwise in less emergent cases if indicated we can coordinate a specialty evaluation.
